Technical Direction
A technical director of an event is the liaison between the race show and the race rules. They keep the show moving on schedule while observing the sporting requirements. They manage their team while working alongside the officials. This is considered a day-rate position. For a role with planning, consider Race Direction.

Course Design and implementation
The best cycling, running, or triathlons are exciting because of their course. For these sports, there is a balance between speed and safety. We have designed some of the most interesting technical courses while being keenly aware of the safety of the riders.

Volunteer Coordination
Every event relies upon the generosity of volunteers. Working with us will provide you access to our software tools to best manage an event of any scale. On event day, we will put your volunteers where the need to be (and make sure they eat!)

Race direction
This role is dedicated to keeping the race on schedule. But it also requires the planning of the schedule, and orchestrating all of the vendors, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and staff to make it happen.

Race Control
Race Control manages all communication on a two-way radio ecosystem. They interface between race staff and police/fire/medical for any event incidents. They are also responsible for documenting all occurrences in the race log, checking in-and-out all race operations equipment.

Expo Management
We can design an expo that coordinates the flow of athletes from the race course into and out of this key activation area. We will work with the vendors and manage the entire planning and execution of this element. We can also manage sales of merchandise if necessary.
