Summer Radsport Off-Road XC Mountain Bike Race
We're back for Round 6 of the Mid-Atlantic Super Series (MASS) XC calendar. We've got singletrack for days at Forever Farm in Mertztown, PA. There are signed and marked courses for Category 1, 2, and 3 (Expert to Beginner) that have earned rave reviews from riders of all abilities.
The race is on Saturday, June 21 and follows the traditional MASS schedule. There is a free pre-ride the Saturday before from 9am to 12pm. There is no riding on the trails outside of these times without express permission from the landowners.
Open Course
Saturday, June 14 - 9a to 12pm
We are offering a free course inspection on Saturday, June 14.
Park at 228 Five Points Road, Merztown, PA and follow signs to the temporary parking location. This will be different from the race parking.
There will not be porta-potties. Plan accordingly (we didn't see it!)
Be self-sufficient. While our crew will be out, they are there to finish the course setup, not serve as neutral support.
Post-Race Chill
Bright Path Brewing Company is back as a sponsor of the event. Beer samples and sales are available for 21+. Tag @brightpathbrewing on your social!
We will have a grill set up, so bring your own grill food and we'll cook it up for you. Make a day of it while your kids rip around on the pump track!
Bring the Kids
We have a pump track on site. There's also a kick bike course set up for the weekend! Bring the family and everyone will have a blast!
Parking
Use the field on the corner of Five Points and Fredricksville Road. Use 292 Fredricksville Road for your Google Maps. Please park in the field!
Porta-Potties are available in the parking location and finish line—no public relief zones.
FAQ
Weather
A. Weather in the Summer can be hot and exposed to solar effect. Please plan to bring enough water for your own race needs and dress accordingly for the race and your post-race needs.
Medical
A. We will have a licensed EMT on-site to attend to minor medical needs. Any serious injuries will require calling 911 to summon an ambulance.
