St. Luke's D&L RaceFest
Marathon, Half-Marathon & Marathon Relay
Established 2022
In 2024, Kacey Lloyd was brought on to St. Luke's D&L RaceFest to provide key logistics pieces for the event. In 2025 the team was brought on to provide full event production. St. Luke’s D&L RaceFest is a one-day endurance running event held annually on the Delaware & Lehigh Trail in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley. The event features a full marathon, half marathon (run or walk), and a marathon relay option, offering accessible entry points for a wide range of participants while maintaining a high-quality race experience.
The course follows the historic D&L Trail and combines paved sections with crushed gravel, creating a fast yet dynamic surface that highlights the region’s canal paths, river views, and industrial heritage. The point-to-point design emphasizes both performance and place, allowing runners and walkers to experience the trail as a true corridor rather than a closed loop.
Long Tail Productions serves as the event’s directing and production partner, overseeing race operations, course planning, logistics, participant management and experience. The focus is on clear execution, safety, and thoughtful details that support both competitive athletes and first-time distance participants.
St. Luke’s D&L RaceFest brings together endurance sport, regional trail systems, and community partnerships in a single-day format—delivering a professionally produced race that celebrates movement, access, and the shared use of one of Pennsylvania’s most significant multi-use trails.
